1.    All entries in Decorative Painting & Reverse Glass are subject to the General Rules & Regulations of the Creative
  Arts Division as published herein.  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

2.    Each exhibitor may enter one (1) item or one (1) matching set per class under each division.

3.    All entries must be hand-crafted, and must be entered in the name of the artist.

4.    All entries not free-standing MUST be equipped with a wire hanger or accompanied with an easel.

5.    A Professional includes anyone who teaches and/or sells their work for a profit.

6.    Years of experience based on earliest art instruction, (any medium).

7.    In judging articles for Ceramics, consideration will be given to:

  1) Overall Impression, 2) Stroke Control, 3) Blending Control, 4) Line Work Control,
  5) Color Coordination & Background Creativity, 6) Neatness, and 7) Finish.
