& EXPO PAGEANT

INFORMATION SHEET - Please keep
$15.00
registration fee is required.
FOUR AGE GROUPS / ONE WINNER FROM EACH GROUP.
A plaque will be awarded to one girl and one boy in each age group.
AGES:
4&5, 6&7, 8&9,
10&11
NOTE:
All participants must be no younger than 4 or older than 11 on pageant
day.
The same applies for all age groups.
EACH
PARTICIPANT:
Will be interviewed by the emcee,
on stage.
Will be given two passes to enter the fair
(1 for participant and 1
for accompanying adult).

Will compete in only one outfit
(your choice).
Must follow age guidelines.
Must be a resident of the Permian Basin and a citizen of the United
States.
Must turn in 1 photo with registration form, no larger than 4x6.
You may pick these up at the judge's table after the pageant, or
they will be mailed to you.

Must turn in $15.00 fee with
registration form.
Will be allowed to practice on stage on Thursday, September 4th,
between the hours of 4:30 and 6:00 p.m. THIS IS NOT MANDATORY.
(Practice will not be allowed after 6:00 p.m. This is not a
dress rehearsal.)

Will have to be dressed and ready
to get in line at 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, September 7th. (Please
check in with Carole McCarter at the table in front of the Festival
Stage.)

Will be allowed to have only one
person stand in line with them.
Will be judged on personality, interview, poise, coordination and
presentation. |
DEADLINE TO ENTER:
THURSDAY, AUGUST 26, 2008 - 5:00 P.M.
No entries will be accepted after that time unless
prior arrangements have been made. Entries turned in after the
fair opens will need to be taken to the fair office inside the grounds.
