ELIGIBILITY:

1.	Young ladies between the ages of 17 and 20.
2.	Presently a resident of the Permian Basin and a citizen of the United States.
3.	Single (never married or have had a marriage annulled, divorced or have ever had a child).
4.	Must maintain a "B" Average.

PLEASE INCLUDE:

1.	Registration form.
2.	Resume.
3.	Have a copy of your school transcript sent to: ROSS PADGETT, 6556 AMBER DRIVE, ODESSA, TEXAS 79762.
4.	Enclose (1) 3x5 or 4x6 (not larger than 4x6) black & white or color photo of yourself. Pictures will be returned after the pageant.
5.	Entry Fee of $60.00 (non-refundable). This includes T-shirt fee. (Make check payable to Permian Basin Fair & Expo)

CONTESTANTS WILL BE JUDGED ON PERSONALITY, COORDINATION, POISE AND SCHOLASTIC ACHIEVEMENT.
